The hotel was centrally situated so close to supermarket, the early morning ferry, and the centre of the Main Street. Lucky that it was at a short distance from Heladeria la Golosa, offering food to go.

The room here was cozy with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, the property is centrally situated just a short walk away from Escultura Pedro Meneses.

It is in a good location, convenient to services restaurants and transport. We were using it as an overnight stop when traveling from Morocco to Spain - and on that basis I would say it was okay.

No lift, our group was many in it's ate 50s and it was a struggle with the luggage. The front rooms were a bit noisy, and the back rooms seems to have trapped a lot of cooking smells.

plenty of goodies for breakfast. immaculately clean and large and well priced room with a view. good and excellent location, minute walk from ceuta museum, loved this place.

This place was pretty clean and located right in the center near a supermarket and the town's main area. I booked a room with a view and they gave me exactly what I asked for. It was great:)))

Great location overlooking a square in lovely Ceuta - late in the evening the square turned into a bar with delicious charcoal grilled pinchitos, and some impromptu flamenco singing. Magical. Although it was a historic building, the room was very modern, with new fittings. The windows overlooked the plaza and had sea glimpses.

We only stayed for one night en route to Morocco, so can't really comment - except to say I wish we stayed longer in Ceuta!

This would be good value if travelling in a group of two or three. I travelled solo and was overcharged as I missed or there wasn't the option to put oneself down as a solo traveller on Booked.net (so it cost €50 instead of €40). Perhaps out of guilt, they gave me a free umbrella!

There's no lift and the hostal starts on the 2nd floor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1-night stay at Hostal Plaza Ruiz. the hotel staff was nice and made our stay enjoyable. - the venue has a great location near the center of the city, ferry terminal, and other sights. - It is situated in the lively town center, making it convenient for exploring.

Great location, at the side of a Tertulia Flamenca, in front of the ice cream shop and one minute walking distance from the theater,

I enjoyed the affordable room with a nice view and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff here.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center. We had a blast exploring the vibrant nightlife and partying till late. The nearby beach was awesome for soaking up the sun and playing beach volleyball. Plus, the staff was super cool and gave us great recommendations for the best clubs in town. it was a fun-filled vacation with friends that we'll never forget!

The only thing missing was a rooftop terrace with a DJ and a pool. It would have been epic to have a place to chill and have a pool party with awesome music.

Our stay at Hostal Plaza Ruiz was a great value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, right in the city center and close to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for sightseeing and meals.

The only thing that could make the morning meal better would be to have utensils available for guests to use.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was convenient to have tapas bars and the central market nearby, offering a variety of delicious food options. the hotel was close to attractions and had easy access to transportation, making it a great base for exploring the city.

The noise level in the hotel was a downside. the walls were paper-thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

Mind-blowing balcony room with jaw-dropping view, super easy check-in process, friendly team, convenient luggage storage, nice hot showers.

We had a fantastic stay at Hostal Plaza Ruiz in Ceuta. the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even when we had a medical emergency in the middle of the night. the room was even better than last year, with constant improvements being made. We booked for a week but would have happily stayed for a month. the location was excellent and the hotel was very clean. We also appreciated the option to pay with a credit card. it was the best place to stay in Ceuta. Cons: All was perfect! 😊.
